Romania PPPsPosted on 08-01-13 Credinvest international is delighted to have been re-engaged by the Romanian Government, as financial advisors for the Comarnoc Brasov and Bucharest Ring Road transportation projects. Both projects will be structured on the Private Public Partnership framework, where private investors will construct, finance and operate the roads over a contractually determined period. Appetite for PPP structured projects in Romania has traditionally been strong, with the exception of the 2008 to 2010 period where investors suffered from the practical seizure of lending from banking institutions. All that is history and calls for prequalification of investors has commenced; it will be an exiciting and challenging time for us here at Credinvest. It will be our thirteenth consective year of service for the Government of Romania....a record by any standards! |
